​OH Medical is recruiting for this exciting home-based opportunity to work as a Neruodiversity Coach for one of the UK's leading Occupational Health Providers. This Full-Time Permanent role will see you working 37.5 hours a week (from home) with the occasional need to travel throughout the UK required.

What we are looking for:

  • A recognised coaching qualification, with a minimum requirement of Level 5 or equivalent

  • A postgraduate qualification in Mental Health (e.g. Masters in Counselling or Level 7 Diploma in Psychotherapy)

  • Bachelor of Psychology, Coaching or equivalent

  • Masters of Psychology, Coaching or equivalent

  • In addition, you should also have Trade Membership(s) such as International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credential (ACC, PCC or MCC), Association for coaching (AC), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK (EMCC UK), International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M), BPS, ABP, HCPC

  • A minimum of 60 hours of neurodiversity coaching experience

  • Applied experience in Neurodivergence (e.g. Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, DCD)

What you'll be doing:

  • Facilitating and delivering co-coaching sessions

  • crafting and offering suitable resources for coaches, aiding their growth throughout the coaching sessions

  • Finding and suggesting fitting adjustments that can make a long lasting impact on the employee

  • Updating of database to ensure timely billing of strategy coaching sessions

  • Collating and compiling competent reports that  are fit for purpose

  • Keeping meticulous and precise records, covering training details and case notes, on the company's designated system

Dependant on demand you may also be required to

  • Deliver virtual workplace needs assessments

  • Showcase in-depth expertise in assistive technologies, specialised equipment, and strategies tailored to the client's specific job requirements

  • Ensure you are meeting SLAs by consistently delivering reports of the highest accuracy within the agreed-upon timescales

  • Collaborate holistically with fellow professionals, including physiotherapists, doctors, and nurses, for comprehensive client care
