OH Medical is currently looking for an OH Advisor to join our industry leading client and their in-house occupational health team on a part-time, permanent basis working 4 days per week. For this OH Advisor position, our client is looking for someone who can work with them on multiple sites with also an element of home working involved. The weekly working pattern will be:

• 2 days per week at the Stevenage site.

• 1 day per week at the Walthamstow site.

• 1 day per fortnight at the Tilbury site.

As an Occupational Health Advisor, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Ensure full compliance with statutory responsibilities for health surveillance.

• Carry out pre-employment health screening to ensure fitness for work.

• Work closely with HR and line managers in relation to absence and ill-health case management.

• Arrange, promote and coordinate a programme of health promotion campaigns.

• Provide health education through written information and participation in training sessions.

• Maintain effective relationships with the wider Occupational Health and Health & Safety teams.

For this position, you will earn an attractive salary of £50,000 (pro-rata) along with benefits that include:
