We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our in-house client on a full-time, permanent basis. Established for over 60 years and employing more than 1,600 people nationwide, this organisation offers a supportive, award-winning working environment.
Duties:
Manage 4–5 management referrals per day.
Conduct pre-employment health assessments, health surveillance, and fitness for work assessments.
Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on occupational health issues.
Develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives.
Deliver health promotion activities.
Criteria:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health Nursing.
Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel for meetings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and remotely.
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £46,111 per annum.
