OH Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to join our client located near Norwich. This will be a 12-month fixed-term contract working 4 days a week.
The successful applicant will manage an individual caseload of OH screening, provide specialist services in attendance management, and OH advisory services for members of staff.
It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria:
Occupational Health National Diploma/Degree with specialist OH nurse practitioner accreditation or equivalent and significant post registration general nursing experience
Proven experience within an OH environment with the provision of case management and production of management reports
Proven clinical skills including audiometry, spirometry and immunisations.
Effective verbal communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
Keyboard skills and competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel throughout Norfolk and Suffolk to fulfil the requirements of the role
It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria:
Experience of working in a public sector OH environment
Experience of health promotion activities
Salary & benefits:
Circa £35,000 per annum
