​OH Medical is looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor on a permanent basis working full-time hours for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a hybrid role located in Bristol.

As the Occupational Health Advisor, you will be working as part of a remote based team to deliver a first classed Occupational Health services. Your duties will include:

• Workplace assessments and reporting on potential health risks

• Undertake health surveillance, pre-employment and fitness for work screenings including HAVS

• Advise employees on both physical and mental health problems

• Sickness absence management

• A mixture of home based work and a weekly onsite clinic  to deliver immunisations in Bristol

Skills Required

• NMC Registered Nurse

• Qualified to degree/diploma level in Occupational Health

• Knowledge of Health and Wellbeing, Case Management and Health Surveillance

• Immunisations & vaccination training & experience

• Good IT Literacy

• Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills

• Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills

• Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
