​OH Medical is working in partnership with a leading SEQOHS-accredited Occupational Health provider delivering high-quality services across the UK.

We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a supportive and established team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 3 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a flexible, hybrid role while contributing to the health and wellbeing of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management services, both face-to-face and remotely (max 5 per day)

  • Health surveillance, risk assessments, and pre-placement screening

  • Review screening results and advise on clinical escalation or fitness to work decisions from OH Technicians

  • Participate in the delivery of health promotion and wellbeing initiatives

  • Conduct HAVS assessments (Tiers 1–3), drug and alcohol testing and statutory medicals

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to maintain a high standard of service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC Part 1) and SCPHN – OH (NMC Part 3)

  • Proven experience in case management and health surveillance

  • Confident working autonomously and managing their own workload

  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality

  • A car driver with access to their own transport

Desirable:

  • Line management experience within Occupational Health

  • Familiarity with eOPAS G2 and the SEQOHS accreditation process


What’s on Offer?

  • £40,000 – £50,000 (Pro Rata, Depending on Experience)

  • Part-time – 3 days per week (Friday required, other days flexible)

  • Hybrid working – mix of home, site, and minimum 1 day per week at the Esher office

  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

  • Ongoing support with professional development and NMC revalidation
