OH Medical are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor to join the inhouse team of a manufacturing company in a Full Time permanent role. Predominantly based in Leeds you will also cover Selby and Consett.
The Remit:
As the Occupational Health Advisor in this role, you will provide a full remit first class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include:
Health and Wellbeing Promotion
Monitor First aider levels and provide training to ensure effective response to emergency situations
Health Surveillance
Case Management
Provide health data analysis to drive compliance and inform policy development
Ensure the safekeeping of all confidential medical records in accordance with GDPR guidelines ensuring auditable information is in place
Skills Required
NMC Registered Nurse.
Qualified to degree / diploma level in Occupational Health
Experience of undertaking both case management and health surveillance
Good IT Literacy including Excel
Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills
Self motivated with good time management and organisational skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
Working days are flexible but successful candidate must be able to offer flexibility to occasional work evenings or weekends to capture all colleagues across the business
