OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client, a leading Occupational Health and Wellbeing provider, on a permanent hybrid basis. The role will include a mix of remote case management and onsite clinic delivery across Lincoln, Halifax, and Boston.

Duties:
Deliver the full OH remit including health surveillance, fitness for work screening, and safety critical medicals.
Undertake case management referrals (up to 8 x 45-minute cases when remote).
Conduct face-to-face clinics approximately three times per month across Halifax, Boston, and Lincoln.
Provide professional occupational health advice and support to employees and managers.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in line with company and professional standards.
Criteria:
Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration (no restrictions).
Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
Strong case management experience.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (due to travel requirements).
Occupational Health qualification desirable but not essential.
Confident, professional, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
Right to live and work in the UK is required for this role.
