OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client in Macclesfield. This role offers an excellent blend of onsite clinical work and remote case management, with strong development and training support.
The position involves 3 days per week onsite delivering face-to-face case management and health surveillance, with the remaining time remote handling case management for a wider client base.
Duties:
Conduct face-to-face and remote case management referrals.
Deliver health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments.
Undertake workplace assessments and report on potential health risks.
Carry out pre-employment and fitness-for-work screenings.
Advise on a range of physical and mental health issues.
Maintain high standards of clinical practice and accurate record-keeping.
Criteria:
Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
Ability to work onsite in Macclesfield 3 days per week.
HAVS, audiometry, and spirometry are desirable (training can be provided).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Right to live and work in the UK required.
