OH Medical is working in partnership with a leading Occupational Health provider to recruit for an Occupational Health Advisor in Berkshire, for a Full Time role covering two sites.
The Remit
Working within an Onsite Occupational Health Team you will spend Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in Slough and Wednesday and Friday in Reading assisting in delivering the full remit of Occupational Health Services:
Sickness absence case management
Pre-employment clearance
Needlestick advice
Health Screening and Surveillance
Vaccinations and Phlebotomy
Assist in planning and deployment of Health and Wellbeing Initiatives
Participate in clinical audits and take an active role in clinical supervision
Skills Requirements
As the successful candidate you will be:
NCM Part 1 or 2 Registered Adult Nurse (Essential) Part 3 (Desirable)
Qualification in Occupational Health to Diploma or Degree level
Experienced in delivering Vaccinations and Phlebotomy
Experience of Case Management and Health Screening
Have good IT Literacy (Essential)

£38K-£42K Depending on experience plus excellent Benefits package including
33 days holiday rising to 38 days
