OH Medical are recruiting for a Lead Occupational Health Advisor in a 3-6 month contract in a Part Time (32 Hours) position in an onsite role for a leading Occupational Health Provider.
The Remit:
As the Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader ensure the delivery of a first class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include:
Manage 2 clinicians who are based at other sites.
Provide leadership and support to your team and assisting the Clinical Operations Manager in leading and advancing clinical practice.
Carryout Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for work assessments
Provide telephone and face to face case management
Provide clinical supervision and support other team members where less experienced
Skills Required
NMC Registered Nurse.
Qualified to degree / diploma level in Occupational Health – highly desirable
Experience in a Commercial Occupational Health setting, with exposure to Case Management and Health Surveillance.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Employment Legislation
Good IT Literacy
Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills
Self motivated with good time management and organisational skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
