​OH Medical are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader in a onsite permanent role for a Leading Occupational Health Provider in Bridgwater. The role is for 4 days a week, but we would also consider applications from candidates wanting full time

The Remit:

Working as part of the established multidisciplinary team as the Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader you will be responsible for delivering a first class full remit Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include:

• Carrying out Health Surveillance in a Safety Critical environment including Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for Work Assessments

• Face to Face and Telephone Case Management

• Providing Clinical Supervision and Support to Junior Team Members

Skills Required

• NMC Registered Nurse

• Qualified to Degree / Diploma Level in Occupational Health Highly Desirable

• Experience working within the energy sector preferred

• Previous Commercial Occupational Health experience with exposure to both health surveillance and case management

• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Employment legislation

• Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations

• Good IT Literacy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team

• £43-45,000 PA D.O.E (Pro Rata if Part Time)
