OH Medical are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor for an In House Part Time Permanent role in Worksop. Working 16 hours / 3 night shifts per week.
The Remit
Health promotions to maximise employee wellbeing and minimise absence
Monitor first aiders and ensure they are trained to provide the required level of response in an emergency
Health surveillance
Data analysis of case management and health surveillance
Provide advice, support and counselling to employees where required and guide the company on progress and adaptations as appropriate
Ensure the safekeeping of all confidential records, in accordance with GDPR guidelines, to ensure auditable information is in place
Skill Requirements
NMC Part 1 Registered Essential Part 3 Preferred
Qualified to Degree or Diploma Level in Occupational Health
Able to work autonomously
Good IT Skills (with understanding of Excel)
