​OH Medical are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor for an In House Part Time Permanent role in Worksop. Working 16 hours / 3 night shifts per week.

The Remit

• Health promotions to maximise employee wellbeing and minimise absence 

• Monitor first aiders and ensure they are trained to provide the required level of response in an emergency

• Health surveillance

• Data analysis of case management and health surveillance

• Provide advice, support and counselling to employees where required and guide the company on progress and adaptations as appropriate

• Ensure the safekeeping of all confidential records, in accordance with GDPR guidelines, to ensure auditable information is in place

Skill Requirements

• NMC Part 1 Registered Essential Part 3 Preferred

• Qualified to Degree or Diploma Level in Occupational Health 

• Able to work autonomously

• Good IT Skills (with understanding of Excel)
