OH Medical is currently looking for an Occupational Health Clinical Services Manager to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work remotely to ensure the delivery of the OH service by managing clinical operations and supporting the OH Clinical Managers with day-to-day delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of the OH operations including clinical delivery and management of clinical service levels.
Effectively manage team resources and actively participate in the recruitment and selection of new staff to the team.
Ensure that all health strategic and operational objectives are understood, cascaded, and communicated effectively throughout the team.
Under the direction of the Head of Clinical Operations and Services Clinical Operations Manager, work collaboratively with other teams, clients, and providers to retain business, win new business and develop the service to optimise stakeholder satisfaction.
Escalate and proactively communicate operational issues and opportunities to the Medical Director and other key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for innovation within the OH Health Service.
Oversee workforce planning to fulfil the SLA of individual clients and negotiate realistic SLAs when contracts are being renewed.
Essential:
Previous experience of managing clinicians or a clinical service
Health surveillance experience.
Commercial understanding within a business environment based on the management of clinical operational delivery
Proven track record of successfully managing a large team
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of workplace culture/dynamics
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Good pc skills with the ability to prepare and write reports
