OH Medical are seeking an Occupational Health Clinical Team Leader on a homebased basis. You will be joining a fantastic organisation that really look after their staff. They are big on personal / professional development, they also have excellent internal support for staff.
The company has 2 Clinical Leads in post and due to expansion seeking to ad to the service. You will be responsible for 10-15 clinicians. Travel may be involved very occasionally if the need arises.
Interview Process:
Initial Telephone call to ask questions and learn more about the business
2nd Stage interview on Microsoft Teams, this is a competency based interview with a mock case report to complete beforehand
