OH Medical is working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Service Manager based in Cambridge.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, development and strategic direction of a well-established Occupational Health service supporting a large and diverse workforce.
You will lead a multidisciplinary clinical team, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and drive continuous improvement across the service.
Duties
Lead and manage a team of Occupational Health professionals
Oversee day-to-day service delivery, referrals and clinic activity
Ensure compliance with health, safety and employment legislation
Drive service development and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with HR, H&S and wider stakeholders
Manage complex case referrals and support decision making
Maintain clinical governance, policies and accreditation standards
Monitor performance, KPIs and service demand
Criteria
Registered Nurse with NMC registration
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health
Senior leadership experience within an OH service
Strong knowledge of Occupational Health, H&S and employment law
Experience managing teams and driving service improvements
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder skills
Confident working strategically and operationally

£63,606 – £67,468 per annum
