What You'll Do:
Health Surveillance: Conduct essential health assessments (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, vision screening) to monitor and manage employee health risks.
Clinical Assessments & Documentation: Perform pre-placement health assessments, document outcomes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain precise health surveillance records to support trend analysis and proactive risk management.
Employee Support & Engagement: Provide information on health resources, mental health support, and wellness initiatives to support employee wellbeing.
Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, collaborating closely with HR and health and safety teams.

Job Requirements:
Background in occupational health.
Experience in health surveillance or occupational health, preferably in manufacturing
Relevant health surveillance certifications or willingness to train
Proficiency in health surveillance practices (e.g., audiometry, spirometry)
Strong data management skills with attention to accuracy and compliance
Effective communication abilities across all organisational levels
