​OH Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to undertake a Part-Time (3-4 Days) permanent role for a leading Occupational Health Provider. This exciting opportunity will see you working on the client site in Nottingham

The Role:

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading occupational health provider in the delivery of a first-class Occupational Health service. As the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate your duties will consist of:

  • Case Management

  • Providing expert Occupational health advice for legislative and best practice requirements

  • Safety Critical Medicals

  • Occupational Health Advice Line cover

  • Evaluating the results of Fitness to Work Medicals and Surveillance

  • Advising on fitness and escalating where appropriate

 

Required Skills:

  • NMC Registered Nurse

  • Qualified in Occupational health to degree / diploma level is desirable but not essential

  • Previous experience in a commercial Occupational Health setting delivering Case Management and Health Surveillance,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Possess excellent IT Literacy and record keeping skills

  • You will need to be a proactive, friendly and professional person who can work autonomously and as part of a wider team

  • Able to attend onsite client visits where required
