​OH Medical is currently seeking Remote Case Managers for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full or Part-Time (min 3 days per week) Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working in Remotely as part of a home-based Occupational Health Team.

The Role:

Joining an established multi-disciplinary team as a Remote Case Manager, you will provide excellent Occupational Health Advice to a range of clients delivering a first-class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.

  • Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence-based written reports. 

  • Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH 

Required Skills:

  • NMC registered Nurse (Dual RN/RMN qualification highly desirable) 

  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health is highly desirable 

  • Excellent Case Management Skills with meticulous written skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Possess strong IT Literacy

  • Capable of using own initiative, enthusiastic, motivated and able to work effectively individually and as part of a team

  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation

  • Negotiation and motivational skills, ability to accept and deliver constructive feedback

  • Experience of delivering advanced ergonomic advice would be advantageous
