OH Medical is currently seeking a Remote Case Manager Team Leader for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full-Time Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working Remotely as part of a home-based Occupational Health Team.
The Role:
As the successful Remote Case Manager Team Leader candidate your duties will include:
Provide expert, evidence based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports.
Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practices relating to OH
Supporting a team of clinicians by auditing their reports and developing their skills to continuously improve the clinical performance of the OH team
Support colleagues with all aspects of staff recruitment
Required Skills:
NMC Registered Nurse
Part 3 NMC Registration with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health is highly desirable
Excellent Case Management Skills with meticulous written skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess strong IT Literacy
Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
Experience in a commercial Occupational Health setting
