OH Medical is currently seeking a Remote Case Manager Team Leader for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full-Time Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working Remotely as part of a home-based Occupational Health Team.


The Role:

As the successful Remote Case Manager Team Leader candidate your duties will include:

  • Provide expert, evidence based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.

  • Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports. 

  • Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practices relating to OH 

  • Supporting a team of clinicians by auditing their reports and developing their skills to continuously improve the clinical performance of the OH team

  • Support colleagues with all aspects of staff recruitment

Required Skills:

  • NMC Registered Nurse

  • Part 3 NMC Registration with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health is highly desirable 

  • Excellent Case Management Skills with meticulous written skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Possess strong IT Literacy

  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation

  • Experience in a commercial Occupational Health setting
