OH Medical has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Primary Care Nurse to join a leading Occupational Health Provider at their client sites in Essex supporting a team of Occupational Health Nurses in delivery of first class emergency care, contracted nursing and treatment services.
The Remit
Supporting the management of onsite treatment centres
Support the Primary Care Manager with site rotas, nurse allocations, training sickness absences and annual leave
Identify training needs of staff
Monitoring workloads and team performance
Develop and coach team members
Providing Health and wellbeing advise and training
Working with PCM to ensure efficient delivery of health surveillance clinics
Ensure resources are efficient;y used and budgets are adhered to.
Support Clinical Audits
Benchmark and drive quality improvements with the team
Review processes ensuring they are fit for purpose and fully understood by the team and managing any changes
When required stand in for PCM to support Senior Clinical Manager with Stakeholder management meetings
Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse
Experienced in a leadership role training/mentoring other clinicians
Experience of Customer Service delivery and KPI's
Knowledge of Occupational Health Delivery
Strong team player with proven relationship building skills
Experience in A&E, or holds an Emergency Nursing qualification (Desirable)
Experience with flu campaigns (Desirable)
