OH Medical seeks an experienced Band 7 Senior Occupational Health Nurse for a Full-Time Permanent role with a public sector department. This hybrid position involves working in Doncaster with occasional visits to Worksop and opportunities for remote work.

The Role:

Join an established in-house Occupational Health Team to deliver a comprehensive service, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing sickness absences, and providing guidance to managers. Handle a clinical workload as needed, develop monitoring systems, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Lead initiatives to enhance staff attendance and vaccination rates.

Required Skills:

• NMC Registered Nurse with a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health.

• Experience in a public sector or similar environment, up-to-date knowledge of best practices, excellent communication and IT skills.

• A valid driving licence.

Salary & Benefits:
