OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking Occupational Health Provider, in a Part-Time Permanent role. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to be home-based however, you would need to be able to visit Client sites 1 day per week in the West Midlands Rotating between sites as required.
The Role:
This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced an Occupational Health Advisor to provide a full remit Occupational Health Service operating to high clinical standards. Your duties will include:
Onsite Health Surveillance Clinics that include Audio, Spiro, Skin Assessments
Remote & In-person Case Management Referrals – Max 4 per Day
Health And Wellbeing Promotion
Visit Client sites in Tewkesbury, Wolverhapmton, Lichfield, and Chipping Sidbury (options to be site-based in Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton rather than home based also available
Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be:
An NMC Registered Nurse
Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health
Previously experienced in Occupational Health with experience of both Case Management, and Health Surveillance with current Training Certificates.
Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.
An excellent communicator with skills, in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.
Possess excellent IT Literacy and record keeping skills
A holder of a full clean driving licence with own vehicle able to travel to customer sites
