OH Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Clinical Lead to join our well-established client on a full-time, permanent basis within West Yorkshire.
The Clinical Lead role will combine undertaking case management and leading a team of occupational health professionals to meet the high standards of service provision required by the business and its customers.
Salary & Benefits:
£42,000 - £45,000 per annum
25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
To work with the Directors of the Business and the Business Managers to identify priorities.
Evaluate available tenders, co-ordinate business application and appropriate follow up
To ensure the implementation of a quality improvement programme within the business and audit the effectiveness of services & systems of work to gain and maintain identified quality accreditation
To support the marketing strategy and review clinical resources used for expanding new and existing customer provision
To maintain and develop adequate Clinical Resources, by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and ensuring competency employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities, and organising the supply of suitable and sufficient equipment.
Overseeing the Screening, Hygiene and Admin Teams to ensure prompt and appropriate completion of the Utilisation Reports and to assess and review the health needs of the customers & arrange recall work.
