Occupational Health Physician – Hybrid (Positions in: Bristol, London, Birmingham, York, & Glasgow)

OH Medical, are working with a leading UK provider of occupational health services to find experienced Occupational Health Physicians to join their team in a hybrid capacity delivering expert OH support across diverse industries while enjoying a flexible work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
Conduct occupational health assessments and provide evidence-based advice to employers and employees
Manage health cases including fitness-for-work, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work planning
Deliver consultations with clarity and empathy for both employees and managers
Produce professional reports with actionable medical recommendations
Liaise with HR, employers, and healthcare colleagues to promote employee wellbeing and organisational health goals
What We’re Looking For
Qualified OH Physician (DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM) with at least 3 years’ clinical experience in occupational health
Experience with safety-critical referrals; rail and pensions experience desirable
Strong knowledge of occupational health practice including case management, workplace assessments, and health surveillance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
Proactive, solution-focused approach with strong organisation and time management
Familiarity with relevant legislation (Equality Act, Health & Safety at Work Act)
Hours & Location
Full-time or part-time options available
Hybrid model – minimum 2 days on-site per week at one of our locations: Bristol, London, Birmingham, York, Glasgow
Salary
