Occupational Health Physician – West Midlands (On Site)

What You’ll Do
Carry out occupational health assessments and provide expert advice to employees and employers
Manage health cases including fitness-for-work, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work planning
Conduct telephone and video consultations with clinical clarity and empathy
Produce professional, actionable reports that help organisations thrive
Work alongside HR teams, employers, and healthcare colleagues to support employee wellbeing
Handle health surveillance escalations
What We’re Looking For
Qualified OH Physician (DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM)
Strong experience in occupational health, case management, workplace assessments, and health surveillance
Excellent communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
Knowledge of workplace health legislation (Equality Act, Health & Safety at Work Act)
