Job Description:
We are partnering with a leading global organisation operating within a highly regulated and security-sensitive environment. With a large and complex UK estate, they are investing heavily in digital innovation across their Facilities Management function. This role sits within their Workplace Systems team and will play a key part in shaping and improving FM technologies across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day to Day)
Leading the development and continuous improvement of the CAFM mobile solution to ensure it meets operational needs
Translating FM and wider business requirements into practical technical system solutions
Managing system configurations, integrations, workflows and supporting upgrades
Acting as the subject matter expert for CAFM systems, resolving technical issues and driving optimisation
What They’re Looking For
Experience working with CAFM systems (Planon desirable) or similar FM/asset management platforms
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Understanding of data management, system configuration and integrations
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across operational teams
Due to the nature of the organisation’s work, candidates must be British Citizens and will be required to undergo BPSS security clearance following offer stage.
