​OH Medical is currently seeking 2x experienced Physiotherapists – 1x to work Full-Time and 1x to work Part-Time (22.5 hours) for a leading Occupational Health Provider. The Full-Time role has the option of working 1 day a week from home, and the Part-Time position gives you the flexibility to select your workdays when suits you best and work 22.5 hours between Monday - Thursday. Both roles will see you based onsite in Barrow-in-Furness

 

The Role:

With the ability to expand your skillset and experience, in a supportive team environment, as well as work in a great location just minutes from the stunning Lake District, whilst supporting the delivery of exceptional Occupational Health Service, these positions are the ideal fit for an experienced Physiotherapist looking to join a multidisciplinary team.

 

Your duties will include:

  • Delivering precise clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and care

  • Assigning work-relatedness categories to presenting clinical musculoskeletal problems, indicating the employee’s sustainability for employment and any potential short, long or permanent role modifications

  • Overseeing on-site exercise programmes to help rehabilitate workers with musculoskeletal injuries

  • Performing DSE evaluations and offering preventative advice

  • Making recommendations to the client regarding equipment or changes needed after a DSE examination

  • Recognising workplace dangers and evaluating the likelihood that these hazards, would aggravate or cause musculoskeletal problems.

 

 

Required Skills:

  • HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist

  • Current CSP Registration

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy

  • Experienced in DSE Assessments

  • Previous Experience Conducting Ergonomic Assessments

  • Experience in Delivering Exercise Classes

  • Health Promotion Experience
