OH Medical are recruiting for a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator in an in-house role in Hull. This full-time 3 month contract role will see you working as part of a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team in a hybrid role following completion of a 2 week induction (up to 3 days working from home).

The Remit

This role is responsible for the coordination and project management of wellbeing activities offered to meet the needs of the entire workforce. Your main duties will include:

 

  • Design and delivery of an integrated wellbeing programme of activities to meet the People Plan requirements

  • Contribute to delivery of developing an effective an empowered workforce

  • Support the integration of wellbeing through culture and leadership development

  • Work closely with HR and other stakeholders to understand wellbeing needs of workforce

  • Develop and oversee delivery of wellbeing programme highlighting any progress risks and gaps in delivery

  • Monitor and report on progress of wellbeing programme delivery, gathering evidence of delivery for reports to Board and internal groups

  • Provide advice on wellbeing, ensuring it has a strong presence in the physical design and approach to workforce engagement

 

Skill Requirements

  • Qualified to Degree level in Sports Science or relevant Wellbeing / Occupational Health

  • Project development and implementation experience

  • Specialised knowledge of wellbeing

  • Previous experience and knowledge of how to plan, design and deliver a suite of complex wellbeing activities

  • Interpersonal Skills to be able to deliver person centred training / advice to both individuals and groups

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Good time keeping skills and able to work flexibly and to strict deadlines.

  • IT Literate – including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Full Driving License

£20 - 25 per hour Plus we will pay your Umbrella Fees (T&Cs apply)
