​OH Medical has an exciting Part Time opportunity for a Health and Wellness Nurse Advisor 3 or 4 days per week in Brackley. This in house role will see you join the team at its very creation, where you will be joining a company who have the health and wellbeing of employees at the heart of their core values.


You will work alongside the nurse manager and technicians to embed the new health and wellness business model. The Health & Wellness team oversee staff both at the Brackley site and are responsible for agricultural employees based at various locations in the south of England. You will be required to travel to th0se locations frequently which will also involve overnight stays.

As the Nurse Advisor you will report into the Nurse Manager, you will be confident with dealing with a wide range of health issues and looking for a new challenge or someone that is ready to take that next step in their career.


Main Duties:

  • To learn and understand the company job roles and equipment in order to implement appropriate Health Surveillance testing

  • New Starter assessments on Day One, Week 6 & Week 12, and Health Surveillance thereafter.

  • Deliver, record, analyse and interpret results of Health Surveillance

  • Case management for absence and ill health / injury

  • Provide fitness to work advice

  • Provide additional treatment, support and advice, working with the third-party contractors and the HR Teams

  • Responsible for maintaining all administration systems

  • Update employee records to ensure they are audit ready

  • Support the delivery of Health & Wellness promotions


Skill Requirement:

  • NMC registered - Part 1 - Essential Part 3 - Preferred 

  • Occupational Health Certificate or Diploma is essential

  • Previous experience working in a clinical/Health and Wellbeing sector

  • Competency qualification in conducting Audiometry and Spirometry testing and able to analyse results.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels

  • IT Literate

  • Full driving license

  • Ability to communicate in languages other than English desirable
