​OH Medical has an exciting Part-Time opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to work 3 or 4 days per week in Brackley. This in-house role will see you join the team at its very creation, where you will be joining a company that have the health and wellbeing of employees at the heart of their core values.

You will work alongside the nurse manager and technicians to embed the new health and wellness business model. You will be required to travel to other locations in the South of England frequently which will also involve overnight stays.

Main Duties:

• To carry out New Starter assessments

• Deliver, record, analyse and interpret results of Health Surveillance

• Case management of all employees, support managers with absence and ill health / injury

• Provide fitness to work advice, appropriate to the employee and business need

• Responsible for maintaining all administration systems

• Update employee records to ensure they are audit ready

• Support the delivery of Health & Wellness promotions

Skill Requirement:

• NMC registered - Part 1

• Essential Part 3 - Preferred 

• Occupational Health Certificate or Diploma is essential

• Previous experience working in a clinical/Health and Wellbeing sector

• Competency qualification in conducting Audiometry and Spirometry testing and able to analyse results.

• Ability to communicate at all levels

• IT Literate

• Full driving license
