Health Surveillance Nurse - Southampton

​OH Medical are currently seeking a Health Surveillance nurse based in Southampton. The role will be joining a very well established / respected Occupational Health business. You will be based from the clients offices in Southampton, this is a full time permanent position 8-4 or 9-5 Monday - Friday. 

You will be liaising with and supporting the Occupational Health technicians with fitness for work medicals. The OHT's will contact the nurse team if they have results that need to be assessed by a nurse. You will then view the results and determine if they are fit to work. You may also need to triage the case for any high risk results.

The role will on occasion involve visiting the clients sites to conduct the Health Surveillance yourself. Full PPE will be provided including masks and a perspex screen to ensure maximum protection. Travel will be up to 1 hour from the base in Southampton.  

The Health Surveillance Remit:

- Audiometry
- Drivers Medicals 
- Safety Critical Medicals 
- Grip Strength
- Skin Questionnaire
- HAVS Questionnaire 

Salary & Benefits Package:

- £28,000 - £33,000 - DOE
- PMI
- Death in Service x 4 Salary
- Pension
