About the Role
OH Medical is recruiting on behalf of a leading Occupational Health provider for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their West Midlands team.
This hybrid role requires weekly travel to Oldbury and Wolverhampton for face-to-face client assessments, with occasional visits to other locations as needed. Home working is available when there is no onsite demand. Some clients may require different shift patterns depending on service needs
Key Responsibilities
As the Occupational Health Advisor, you will deliver a full Occupational Health service, including health surveillance, pre-employment screening, fitness for work assessments, safety-critical assessments, management referrals, and case management.
Conduct health surveillance and pre-employment medical screening
Carry out fitness for work assessments and safety-critical evaluations
Manage management referrals and case management
Advise employees on physical and mental health issues
Maintain high standards in occupational healthcare
Travel to client sites as required and adapt to client-specific shift patterns
Who We’re Looking For
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
Experience as an Occupational Health Advisor / OH Nurse / OH Practitioner
Strong case management experience
OH Nursing qualification is desirable but not essential
Ability to travel to client sites weekly
