Hybrid Occupational Health Advisor – Stoke
Location: Stoke (Home-Based, with local travel)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + benefits
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
About the Role
OH Medical is recruiting on behalf of a leading Occupational Health provider for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor. This home-based role involves remote case management with occasional local travel to conduct face-to-face clinics across a variety of client sites.
Key Responsibilities
As the experienced Occupational Health Advisor, you will deliver a full Occupational Health service, including health surveillance, pre-employment screening, fitness for work assessments, workplace assessments, and case management, while advising employees on physical and mental health issues and maintaining high clinical standards.
Conduct remote case management and local face-to-face occupational health clinics
Undertake health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
Complete pre-employment medical screening
Advise employees on physical and mental health concerns
Identify and report potential workplace health risks
Maintain high standards in occupational healthcare
Travel locally to client sites as required
Who We’re Looking For
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
Experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
Occupational Health Nursing qualification desirable but not essential
HAVS knowledge desirable but not essential
Ability to travel to local client sites weekly

Salary and Benefits
