​OH Medical is currently looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader with strong managerial skills to oversee our client and their multidisciplinary clinical team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional occupational health and minor treatment services in London. Travel costs are covered for all London zones, and our client offers a hybrid work model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a clinical team of nurses and technicians.

  • Deliver OH services and minor treatments as the clinical lead.

  • Conduct recruitment, inductions, and competency reviews.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with professional standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to site operations meetings.

  • Coordinate workplace wellbeing initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Registered General Nurse with SCPHN and Part 3 NMC registration.

  • Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary OH teams.

  • Desirable experience in A&E, case management, vaccinations, and mentoring OH students.

  • Strong communication, time management, IT literacy, and knowledge of OH legislation.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £47,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
