This role is all about building strong relationships with clients, supporting the delivery of Occupational Health services, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity.
About the Role
As an OH Account Coordinator, you’ll be the link between Occupational Health practitioners and clients, making sure service delivery is efficient, accurate, and meets agreed KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the main point of contact for client relationships
Coordinating diaries and clinic bookings for OH practitioners
Monitoring KPIs and supporting operational excellence
Preparing and formatting reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Managing database (Cohort) records to ensure compliance and accuracy
Coordinating health surveillance recalls, wellbeing campaigns, and flu initiatives
Supporting practitioners with clinic equipment and logistics
Ensuring PO numbers are obtained for all billable work
This is a varied role where you’ll be managing competing priorities — so strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive approach are essential.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage a busy workload
Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
Previous admin experience within health or a transferable sector
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to office location)
