OH Medical is currently looking to recruit a Mental Health Nurse to join our client and their in-house Occupational Health team on a 10 month temporary contract located in Gwent. This role will be part-time hours, working 3 days per week.
Requirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Experience and expertise in mental health nursing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
Responsibilities:
Delivering comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions
Providing support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Contributing to the promotion of mental wellbeing within the workplace
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
Pay & Benefits:
£25 - £30 per hour (paid through Umbrella Company)
