OH Medical is currently looking to recruit a Mental Health Nurse to join our client and their in-house Occupational Health team on a 10 month temporary contract located in Gwent. This role will be part-time hours, working 3 days per week.

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

• Experience and expertise in mental health nursing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities

• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support

Responsibilities:

• Delivering comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions

• Providing support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

• Contributing to the promotion of mental wellbeing within the workplace

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes

• Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities

Pay & Benefits:

• £25 - £30 per hour (paid through Umbrella Company)
