OH Medical are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Admin to undertake an exciting role for a rapidly growing multi-disciplinary medical practice. This is a full-time permanent position working at our client's office in London.
Your duties will include:
Responding to all OH enquiries and arrangement of OH fitness assessments and helping to coordinate with the team of OH physicians.
Co-ordinating and carrying out initial reviews of applications for OH clearance from healthcare workers.
Creating, maintaining, and documenting the control of OH documentation.
The coordination of OH audit, annual feedback questionnaires, quarterly/annual OH meetings and monthly reports to the Commercial Development Manager and Clinic Manager.
Proofreading reports.
Ensuring the service is meeting the standards set out by SEQOSH and participating in annual audits.
Supporting off-site health and wellbeing events as and when required.
Being responsible for managing service invoicing on a monthly basis.
You must have:
Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Admin
Sole Administrator experience
Positive can-do attitude!
