OH Medical are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Admin to undertake an exciting role for a rapidly growing multi-disciplinary medical practice. This is a full-time permanent position working at our client's office in London.

Your duties will include:

  • Responding to all OH enquiries and arrangement of OH fitness assessments and helping to coordinate with the team of OH physicians. 

  • Co-ordinating and carrying out initial reviews of applications for OH clearance from healthcare workers. 

  • Creating, maintaining, and documenting the control of OH documentation. 

  • The coordination of OH audit, annual feedback questionnaires, quarterly/annual OH meetings and monthly reports to the Commercial Development Manager and Clinic Manager. 

  • Proofreading reports. 

  • Ensuring the service is meeting the standards set out by SEQOSH and participating in annual audits. 

  • Supporting off-site health and wellbeing events as and when required. 

  • Being responsible for managing service invoicing on a monthly basis. 

You must have:

  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Admin

  • Sole Administrator experience

  • Positive can-do attitude!
