OH Medical is searching for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Occupational Health Provider. You’ll be part of a friendly, multi-disciplinary team delivering first-class OH services from their Oxford clinic and nearby client sites.
The Role:
This role offers the ideal chance for an Occupational Health Advisor to take ownership of a varied, rewarding clinical caseload while helping employers create healthier, safer workplaces:
Case Management – triage and manage short- and long-term absence cases (in-clinic, phone & video).
Fitness-for-Work Assessments – provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
Health Surveillance & Specialist Medicals – audiometry, spirometry, vision, HAVS, plus vaccinations and phlebotomy.
Health Promotion – plan and deliver wellbeing initiatives and client wellness days.
Collaboration – work closely with technicians, physicians and HR teams to support return-to-work plans.
Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll:
Be an NMC-registered Nurse, ideally with an OH degree/diploma (or equivalent experience).
Confidently handle a broad clinical caseload, delivering all core OH services.
Have up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.
Thrive both autonomously and as part of a wider OH team.
Communicate effortlessly, producing concise, high-quality reports.
Hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel locally when needed.
Salary & Benefits:
