OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client on a full-time permanent basis. This role is predominantly homebased, with weekly travel required to conduct face-to-face clinics across Glasgow.
This is a varied and rewarding role, offering a strong mix of case management, immunisations and health surveillance, combined with excellent training and professional development opportunities.
Duties:
Deliver the full OH remit including case management (telephone and face to face).
Conduct immunisations, health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments.
Undertake workplace assessments and report on potential risks to health.
Carry out pre-employment screening and provide high-quality written advice.
Support employees with a wide range of physical and mental health concerns.
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and company standards.
Travel to Glasgow client sites weekly to deliver in-person clinics.
Criteria:
Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
Proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
Ability and willingness to travel to client sites weekly.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Confident working autonomously in a homebased role.
Right to live and work in the UK is essential.
