Our client, a market leading organisation based in the Chippenham area is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join the team on a 12 month temporary contract working full-time hours between Monday - Friday.
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health and wellbeing of the employees. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Comprehensive health assessments and screenings for employees, including pre-employment assessments, fitness for work assessments, and health surveillance programs.
Absence management and workplace adjustments.
Working with HR and management teams to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Deliver training and educational programs to raise awareness of health and well-being issues among employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records.
Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Health Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Registration with the NMC
Proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
Sound decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
