OH Medical are excited to announce this exclusive opportunity. Our client is currently in the last stages of moving the current Occupational Health service IN-HOUSE. The team is comprised of an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager, Senior OHA, 4 Occupational Health Advisors, Occupational Health Technicians. You will have support from an OHP as well as Physiotherapy.
The role is a full time permanent position based in the East Midlands / East Anglia region, the role is predominantly homebased.
The Role:
Case Management
Fitness for work advice
Pre-placement screening
Night worker questionnaires
Wellbeing advice and promotion
DSE assessments
Salary / Holiday / Benefits:
Salary up to £45k DOE
25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays, ability to buy or sell days.
Annual performance bonus 5%
