​OH Medical are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor to join our client on a full time permanent basis for an in house Occupational Health Team in Reading

The Remit 

This is onsite role will see you working in a safety critical environment  covering the full remit of Occupational Health. Your duties will include: 

• Case management

• Health surveillance including Safety Critical Medicals and HAVS Assessments up to T3.

• Drug and Alcohol Testing

• Health risk assessments

• Delivering wellbeing activities

Essential Criteria:

​

• NMC Registered Nurse

• A degree or diploma in Occupational Health and be a registered Nurse

• Experience of case management, health screening and surveillance (including audiometry and spirometry) & undertaking health risk assessments

• Previous experience working in a safety critical environment (Rail experience highly desirable)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good IT Literacy with experience using Eopas preferred
