OH Medical is currently looking for an Occupational Health Coordinator / Account Manager to join our client located in London on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will support the Clinic Manager to ensure corporate projects and OH services are managed efficiently by ensuring customer and client needs are fulfilled successfully.

Other responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Responsible for leading and running the clinic's Occupational Health service, including but not limited to overseeing OH patient booking, client management, special projects and invoicing.

  • Managing general corporate healthcare clients and projects throughout the year.

  • Coordinating schedules, clinicians, equipment and resources for on and off-site projects.

  • Coordinating booking requests and support with projects that require our courier and postal services.

  • Liaising with all levels of stakeholder to obtain project critical information such as key requirements and objectives.

  • Creating reports for the manager and other key stakeholders.

  • Monitoring project progression, creating detailed reports and maintaining Excel sheets for the senior management team.

  • Producing solutions to problems that may arise within a project.

  • Overseeing invoicing clients and projects.

  • Frequent corporate outreach in order to establish new clients and maintain good communication with existing ones.

  • Supporting business development and looking for opportunities for service growth.

  • Establishing strong working relationships with corporate clients, as well as recommending alternative clinic services throughout the year.

  • Supporting recruitment efforts through hiring and induction for part and full-time members of staff.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)

  • Company Pension

  • 20 days of Annual leave + Bank holidays
