OH Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Advisor for one of the Leading Occupational Health Providers in this Permanent Part time role. This exciting opportunity will see you working 2 days a week between the hours of 8am and 6pm onsite in Leeds with occasional visits to a site in Blackpool (Likely to be once monthly).
The Role:
Joining this established Occupational Health team as an Occupational Health Advisor, this role will include onsite and telephone delivery of case management to shape the delivery of a first-class occupational health service. Your duties will include:
Full OH/Treatment service in line with the client contract including wellbeing assessments, health promotion, advice and education, health surveillance, safety critical medicals, D&A testing etc.
Deliver professional advice, support, and guidance
Assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health
Evaluate individuals' fitness for their designated job roles
Collaborate with the OH Manager to provide counsel, monitor, and assess the clinical practices of the OH team
Health Surveillance
Ensure clinical assessment skills are maintained in line with best practice
Required Skills:
Nurse with a valid NMC registration
Experienced in Occupational Health
Previous experience within A&E
Must have an expert level of Occupational Health and Employment legislation knowledge.
