OH Medical are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Health Physician to join our supportive and forward-thinking client. This is a part-time, permanent role suited for a qualified physician who is passionate about promoting workplace health and wellbeing. The role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel required across Kent, Sussex, and Essex.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Occupational Health assessments, including case management and health surveillance.
Provide clinical advice to managers, HR, and clients on health-related issues and fitness for work.
Deliver high-quality reports and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
Support the wider OH team in maintaining clinical governance and best practice.
Promote proactive approaches to employee health and wellbeing.
Requirements
GMC-registered Medical Doctor with a qualification or significant experience in Occupational Health.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the South East (Kent, Sussex, Essex).
IT literate with the ability to manage remote clinical systems.
