Regional Sales Manager – Occupational Health
Midlands (Coventry office base) | Hybrid working
£35,000 – £45,000 basic + commission & bonus (DOE)
OH Medical is working in partnership with a leading Occupational Health provider to recruit an experiencedRegional Sales (Billing) Managerto support and grow their Occupational Health division.
This is a senior, commercially focused role with responsibility fordivisional P&L, sales delivery, and client growth, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the profitability, sustainability, and growth of the Occupational Health division. You will oversee sales performance, manage key client relationships, and ensure high-quality end-to-end service delivery.
Initially office-based in Coventry there is scope forflexible/hybrid working following successful completion of probation.
Key Responsibilities
Full oversight and management of
divisional P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainability
Leading and managing the
sales delivery team
Driving
revenue growth, delivery against targets, and budget achievement
Developing and implementing
strategic sales plans
aligned with wider company objectives
Managing a portfolio of client contracts, focusing on
retention, satisfaction, and growth
Upselling Occupational Health services including wellbeing, mental health, health surveillance, flu, and needlestick services
Handling
case escalations and SLA compliance
Supporting service delivery issues and complaints where required
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and recurring revenue streams
Ensuring clinician cover for all appointments and overseeing end-to-end service delivery
Overseeing scheduling, completion, and invoicing of services using
Meddbase
Planning and costing equipment and consumables for service delivery
About You

Proven experience managing
P&L responsibility
within a sales or service-led environment
A strong track record of
driving growth and delivering against targets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A hands-on, proactive approach with strong organisational skills
The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a wider team
Desirable Experience
Previous experience or understanding of
Occupational Health, healthcare, or construction environments
Background in
OH or construction recruitment
Exposure to change management and scaling services
