 OH Medical is currently seeking Remote Occupational Health Case Managers for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full-Time Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a home-based Occupational Health Team.


The Role:

Joining the team as a Remote Occupational Health Case Manager, you will provide Occupational Health Advice focused on a financial sector client delivering a first-class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing a caseload of approximately 40-60 cases from initial referral to case closure.
  • 6 consultations a day – 1-hour initial appointments or 45-minute reviews.
  • Supporting managers with general queries
  • You will be responsible for prioritising your workload and managing your own time


Required Skills:

To be a successful Remote Occupational Health Case Manager you'll be:

  • An NMC Registered Nurse
  • Experienced in Occupational Health as an Occupational Health Advisor
  • Qualified to either Degree or Diploma level in Occupational Health Nursing
  • An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Highly IT literate
  • Capable of using own initiative, enthusiastic, motivated and able to work effectively individually and as part of a team
  • Highly knowledgeable in Occupational Health and Employment Legislation
