OH Medical is currently seeking Remote Occupational Health Case Managers for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full-Time Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a home-based Occupational Health Team.
The Role:
Joining the team as a Remote Occupational Health Case Manager, you will provide Occupational Health Advice focused on a financial sector client delivering a first-class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Managing a caseload of approximately 40-60 cases from initial referral to case closure.
6 consultations a day – 1-hour initial appointments or 45-minute reviews.
Supporting managers with general queries
You will be responsible for prioritising your workload and managing your own time
Required Skills:
To be a successful Remote Occupational Health Case Manager you'll be:
An NMC Registered Nurse
Experienced in Occupational Health as an Occupational Health Advisor
Qualified to either Degree or Diploma level in Occupational Health Nursing
An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
Highly IT literate
Capable of using own initiative, enthusiastic, motivated and able to work effectively individually and as part of a team
Highly knowledgeable in Occupational Health and Employment Legislation
