​OH Medical is working with an In-House client in Blackpool seeking a Senior Occupational Health Advisor (SOHA). This Permanent hybrid role is an exciting opportunity that will see you working 4 days per week with the flexibility of 1-2 days a week working from home!

The Role:
As the Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you will be joining an established team to deliver a full remit Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include:

• Case Management

• Pre-employment questionnaires

• Assisting in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the OH Department

• Assisting in SEQOSH accreditation

• Supporting junior team members, acting as a role model and aiding their professional development

• Health Surveillance

Required Skills:
To be the successful Senior OH Advisor candidate you will have:
An NMC Nurse Registration

• Occupational Health experience is essential

• Case Management experience

• Excellent IT skills
