OH Medical are recruiting for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor in permanent Full Time position for a leading Occupational Health Provider in Glasgow
The Remit:
As the Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you will be managing a multidisciplinary team made up of an OHN, an RMN, 2x OHTs and 2x Physiotherapists to deliver a first-class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include:
Carryout Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for work medicals
Case Management
Provide clinical supervision and support to team members
Health Promotion
Administration
Based at one site in Govan Your shift pattern will be Monday-Thursday 8.00am-4.45pm and Friday 8.00am-12.30pm.
Skills Required
NMC Registered Nurse.
Qualified to degree / diploma level in Occupational Health
Experience managing an OH team
Experience of case management, health surveillance and fitness for work medicals.
Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
Good IT Literacy
Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills
Self motivated with good time management and organisational skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
