​OH Medical are recruiting for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor in permanent Full Time position for a leading Occupational Health Provider in Glasgow

The Remit:

As the Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you will be managing a multidisciplinary team made up of an OHN, an RMN, 2x OHTs and 2x Physiotherapists to deliver a first-class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include:

• Carryout Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for work medicals

• Case Management

• Provide clinical supervision and support to team members

• Health Promotion

• Administration

Based at one site in Govan Your shift pattern will be Monday-Thursday 8.00am-4.45pm and Friday 8.00am-12.30pm.

Skills Required

• NMC Registered Nurse.

• Qualified to degree / diploma level in Occupational Health

• Experience managing an OH team

• Experience of case management, health surveillance and fitness for work medicals.

• Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation

• Good IT Literacy

• Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills

• Self motivated with good time management and organisational skills

• Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
