Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Salisbury

​OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Occupational Health Provider in this Full time Permanent position based on site in Salisbury.

The Remit:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join an established team and deliver a first-class Occupational Health Service for one specific Client contract. Focusing on Client engagement and service delivery. Providing day-to-day leadership and direction of the contract teams and conducting auditing activity with the Clinical Performance Manager and Ad hoc project work to ensure an effective client service. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Client engagements and service delivery, working to contract expectations

  • Day to day leadership

  • Audit activity as agreed with Clinical Performance Manager and Ad hoc project activity

  • Case Management

  • Health Surveillance

  • Immunisations

  • Immediate Life support

  • Providing medical cover and supporting staff to support Toxic working onsite

 

Skills Required

  • NMC Registered Nurse

  • Must hold an OH Qualification

  • Experience delivering Case Management and Health Surveillance

  • Previous experience working as a Senior OHA or an OHA ready to step up

  • You will need to be a proactive, friendly, and professional person who is confident managing their own workload.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong IT Literacy
